Running So Others Can Walk

Dave Savvas is running so others can one day walk. He is running 250KM in 7 days across China's ancient Gobi Desert, in the Turpan Depression, the country's lowest and hottest location. Dave and his wife had their first child at Oasis Hospital in the United Arab Emirates. After experiencing overwhelming love and compassion at the hospital and learning that Oasis is a CURE International Hospital that is committed to healing disabled children in the developing world, Dave decided to give purpose to his race across the desert.
