Oasis Hospital Provides Healthcare for Wheelchair Race

Oasis Hospital is proud to be the exclusive health care provider for the World Championship Wheelchair Race - held for the first time in the Middle East.

Once again, Oasis Hospital is partnering with the Al Ain Club for the Disabled as they host the Al Ain 4th International Athletics Meeting from February 3 - 6, 2010.

The four-day event will culminate in the IWAS 10-kilometer World Championship wheelchair race, sanctioned by the International Paralympics Committee as a world championship race. It will bring together nearly 100 international athletes with physical disabilities as they compete on the streets of Al Ain.

As a Gold Sponsor of the event, Oasis Hospital will be the sole provider of free health services for the days of training before the competitions, as well as during the races. This includes 24-hour doctor and nursing coverage, and ambulance service.

Oasis Hospital is honored to be a part of this significant international event.
