Ground Breaking Ceremony Scheduled

We are pleased to announce that the ground breaking ceremony for the new hospital will be on Monday, September 28th at 10:30 am. Dr. C. Scott Harrison President and CEO of CURE International as well as David Printy, President and CEO of Oasis Hospital, will officiate the ceremony.

This ground-breaking ceremony marks the beginning of Oasis Hospital's advancement into the future as the hospital will expand in personnel, bed capacity and add modern equipment to better serve the community and to be on the cutting edge of health care in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The hospital is able to build the new, state-of-the-art facility thanks to a generous grant from the Government of Abu Dhabi.

Monday's ceremony also marks the beginning of the 50th anniversary celebrations for Oasis Hospital, which saw its first patients in November 1960. A year of celebrations and activities will be planned, culminating in a grand celebration at the end of 2010.
