Home Health Education Preparing for the Birth of your Baby

Oasis Hospital is a family hospital where  the birth of your baby will be a positive and wonderful experience. To help you and your family prepare, we offer a series of classes for mothers and fathers that meets weekly for five weeks. These classes have been extremely helpful for new parents and growing families.

 

Topics Include:
• Dealing with the discomforts of pregnancy
• Muscle toning exercises
• Breathing and relaxation techniques
• What to expect during your labor and delivery
• Your partner's role during the labor and delivery

 

An in-class Video Presentation, "Eye Witness to the Earliest Days of Life," provides a look at the beautiful and marvelous growth and development of a baby in the uterus from the embryonic stage until the baby is born.

 

You should register by the 20th week (fifth month) of pregnancy to assure a place in the class. Cost for the series of classes is 300 AED per couple.
