The Children's Health Center at Oasis Hospital comprehensively meets the needs of children from their birth up to 12 years of age.

After birth, a baby's body develops at a fast rate. Some changes are easily visible: the baby gains weight, limbs get longer, and the baby begins to show emotion. Other changes are internal and more difficult to see.

Oasis Hospital's Well Baby Program tracks and evaluates all the changes your baby experiences from birth through three years of age. The types of changes our doctors monitor include your baby's:

• Head circumference
• Blood pressure
• Blood health
• Motor skills
• Social skills
• Communication skills
• Thinking skills

At a typical appointment, your baby's doctor will measure and record the items listed above. Your doctor will also advise you of necessary vaccinations and immunizations. Please find more information about this on our Vaccinations & Immunizations page.

The Well Baby Clinic operates by appointment from 8:00am to 4:00pm Saturday to Thursday. We also have three evening clinics which are open from 5:00pm to 9:00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. (Please note: The Tuesday clinic is exclusively for Emiratis)
