2. Laboratory & Testing
What are the laboratory tests for?
The lab offers different tests as prescribed by your doctor. Some of these tests include: Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Anemia Screenings, Molecular and Micro Biology, PCR and Tumor Screenings.


Is there an additional cost for these tests?

Yes, you will need to settle your payment with the cashier and proceed to the laboratory to register with a lab clerk.


How long will the testing take?

The wait can vary, but may be up to 30 minutes.


How long will it take to get the results?

Your sample(s) will then be analyzed per the recommendations of your doctor. These tests are sometimes batched and can take as long as one week to be processed, depending on the type of testing.


How do I get the results?
You will need to schedule an appointment to speak to your doctor to have the results given to you.

 

3. Clinic Visit

What is the process for scheduling an appointment in one of the clinics?
You can walk in for the next available appointment or you can call the specialty clinic to book an appointment with the clerk.


What do I do when I arrive for my appointment?
Register at the cashier's desk, and be seated in waiting room. You then will be called to have vital signs taken and be seen by a doctor. After seeing the doctor go to the cashiers and pay, then take receipt from cashier and go for ordered procedures if needed.


How much will my appointment cost?
Each insurance has different co-pay requirement, this will depend on your insurance provider.

 

How long will my appointment take?
Plan on arriving 15 minutes before your appointment. The total time will depend on the reason for your visit and if there are additional tests that need to be performed, such as an x-ray or lab tests.


Do I need to bring anything with me?
Please bring a passport or photo ID and your insurance card.

 

4. Insurance
What insurances are accepted?

All insurance plans are accepted, however there may be certain consultations, procedures or medications that are not covered based on your individual insurance plan.


How do I submit my insurance information?
All participants insurance cards are retained at the main reception desk or at the registry counter during your visit or stay at the hospital. An insurance claim form must be signed by the patient at each visit to the hospital.


Bill Payment
The full payment of your bill is due upon discharge, we accept cash and credit card.
